SK Welding is very proud of our safety record. We strive to ensure that at the end of the day our customers, employees, general public are better off when we leave a project then when we began. We are a member of the Alberta governments COR program and all our employees are trained to the IRP 16 standard.

SK Welding strives to go above industry standards from the time workers have their SK Welding Orientation to constant training throughout employment at     SK Welding.

Training

SK Welding knows that proper training is key for our employees to do their job competently and safely. We train our employees in

H2S Alive, Confined Space, Ground Disturbance (Our Standard Global Ground Disturbance), Hazard Assessment, WHMIS, TDG, IRP 16, Accident Investigation and Defensive Driving.

SK Welding also trains our employees with St. John Ambulance Standard First Aid and Level C CPR and Automated External Defibrillation.

We are very concerned with the environment and go the extra mile to ensure that our presence leaves as little of a impact on the area as possible. We maintain a zero release policy and train our employees in what to do in case of a potential release.
