Our Employees

"Your beliefs become your thoughts. Your thoughts become your words. Your words become your actions. Your actions become your habits. Your habits become your values. Your values become who your are"  (1869- 1948) Mahatma Gandhi

Employees are a integral part of SK Welding Ltd.  Our success is measured by the success of our employees.  Our employees values, wants and needs are interwoven with those of our organization. SK Welding takes pride in being an honesty, integrity, safety and people driven company.

We are continually soliciting feedback from our employees, through performance evaluations and meetings.  Employees are encouraged to let us know what we can do for them.  SK Welding, in return, gains valuable insight into employees individual personal goals, their commitment and their character and competence.

SK Welding believes that it requires character to act on our beliefs, competence to achieve our goals and commitment to see them through.

SK Welding Ltd also has a strong commitment to community involvement. The first picture is SK Welding's 2009 Rodeo Parade entry.

The second picture is an SK Welding Ltd van, borrowed by a local youth group for an out of town event.

On June 19, 2010 Coronation Rodeo held their annual parade. This years theme was the Ronald McDonald House. SK Welding rose to the challenge and decorated a SK Welding 1 Ton and dressed the part.  We took home first place.

On December 6, 2010 the Corporate Philosophy of SK Welding Ltd was brought out in big poster format for all working to see in the office  and to show a added dimension of our already pre-exsisting policies.
